Garleton Singers, a choir based in Haddington, East Lothian is a registered charity (No. SC002500). Our objectives include promotion, improvement, development and maintaining public education and appreciation of music by presentation of public concerts and recitals.

In the time of Covid-19 we are unable to stage live concerts.  This means we are unable to engage professional musicians to support the choir.  These musicians, who are largely self-employed, have been especially hard hit by the Covid-19 restrictions.  In addition to our virtual Christmas Concert in December, “Zoom Into Christmas”, we are planning a virtual concert in the Spring which will employ some of these musicians and we are seeking donations to help us make this happen.

As well as helping the Choir, 50% of your donations will be passed on to Help Musicians Scotland (Registered Charity No. SC049625), a charity providing help, support and opportunities to empower musicians at all stages of their lives.
