The Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile obstacle course taking place at Boughton House in Northamptonshire. I am doing this with 3 friends, drinking buddy and general partner in crime Stuart Macdonald and the awesome and fearless Doughty sisters, Jessica and Natalie.   

It is without a doubt the biggest physical test of my life and I have spent the last 4 months pushing myself hard to train and get my self in a position where I can get through this in one piece.

Of course its more than about just me and the team, its a chance to give some money to a truly worthy cause. Its the old cliche but everyone of us in some way has been affected by cancer in one shape or form. This new suite being created by MacMillan Cancer Support is a continuation of the fight against Cancer.
