Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

On the 28th March 2013 I had the most amazing and heartbreaking moment of my life.

Little Riley was born making me a dad, however he was premature and didn't make it to see this world. I heard him cry once, one cry I will NEVER forget. One cry that could have broken my family or made it stronger, thanks to SANDS we have come out of it stronger.

There is not a day goes by when I don't wonder what he'd be like now, what we'd be doing as a family & what memories we would be making.

I want to do this run for SANDS but mainly for my little boy to show him that his dad loves him & just wants to make him proud

The only motivation I need is his picture. I will kiss it at the beginning, look at it at any point I am struggling & again at the end. He is my motivation, he is my world.

However as a thank you to SANDS for all their hard work I would be grateful if you could sponsor me so they can continue to do their great work.

At the start of this journey I couldn't run for a minute without stopping. Its amazing what motivation can do to someone :)

Thank you for reading
