Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
I will be 60 later this year and have always wanted to walk the Pennine Way.
At the age of 40 my wife was diagnosed with secondary progressive Multiple Sclerosis. MS is a horrible debilitating illness and funding into research is desperately needed to stop MS.
So on June 22nd 2017 I will be setting off to walk 267 miles in 15 days on my Pennine Way Trek and hope to raise as much money as possible to go towards keeping the momentum going to find more breakthrough research into MS. I plan to finish the trek on my 60th birthday, 6th July. The best birthday present will be to make a significant contribution to the research funded by the MS Society. Thank you for your support. Gary
