In April 2017, I will be taking part in the 32nd edition of the Marathon de Sables, in aid of the Trussell Trust.

The Marathon des Sables is a six-day, 156 mile ultramarathon, which is approximately the distance of six regular marathons. The longest single stage is 57 miles long.

This multiday race is held every year in southern Morocco, in the Sahara Desert. It is considered the toughest foot race on Earth.
