We are taking part in Bupa's great Manchester 10k run! We are raising money to help the children of FOMO in Malawi who have no one else. These children live in the most appalling conditions, and without FOMO they would have very horrid, and short lives.

FOMO offers a great support system, it runs a daily food programme, feeding over 5500 children. It helps collect and distribute clothes, and other essential items that we in the UK take for granted. It also supports and pays for children to be educated so they can help improve their own lives.

Please give whatever you can, as every penny helps, and makes such a big difference.
