Gavin passed away in his sleep on the 25th of April 2020.

Together with the help of Gavin's close friends we have decided raise funds to help RAMH provide their invaluable services to those affected by mental health issues in the Renfrewshire area.

Please only give what you can spare, any amount no matter how small is greatly appreciated.

As some of you may know Gavin had his personal issues with mental health, notably with depression. In the past RAMH had provided Gavin with help, support and understanding. As a group we thought this would be the number one choice of charity to support given the personal link to Gavin.

PASS THE BATON FOR GAV

Kenny Kyle, a close friend of Gavin had the idea of setting up a pro-active way of raising funds by having 'his recruits' (ex army officer) run, walk or cycle 5k for each day in May, one person at a time. They would 'Pass the Baton' to the next person and so on. We will be giving daily updates on the progress during May.
