Zip the Tyne Line · 14 March 2015 to 15 March 2015 ·

Every day in the UK, another 240 people wake up to the catastrophic impact of a stroke. The Stroke Association is the leading charity in the UK providing lifelong support for all stroke survivors and their families.

Story

I love the view from the Baltic viewing platform, however, I am having a 'moment' just thinking about being stood on the ACTUAL ROOF of the Baltic....nevermind thinking about stepping off and sliding down a cable to the quayside (hopefully straight into the Pitcher and Piano perhaps for a G&T to cure my wobbly legs).

This is a great adventure for me and it is for a great cause.

If you don't fancy taking this challenge beside me and whizzing from Gateshead to Newcastle by zipwire (I am thinking this could be a better commute than the Tyne Bridge) then please consider donating through my page and support this fantastic organisation.
