Earlier this year, Jennie and I lost a dear friend very suddenly.  Jim was a true friend who always looked after his friends, challenging them within their fitness quests and giving them tremendous support.

Jim was an advocate for mental health and supported many people, through his job, exercise classes and his friends.  This is the reason why we are choosing this charity for Jim and his memory.

This yearJim should have been taking part in the London Marathon after trying for 14 years. He was so thrilled to have finally got in and had begun his training with the commitment and dedication that Jim always gave to his training. 

Jennie and I will be running the London Marathon in Jim's memory and any donations would be gratefully appreciated.
