Brighton Marathon - April 10th (26.2miles)

Saltash Half Marathon -May 8th (13.1 miles)

Jurassic Coast Ultra Challenge 100km walk - 14th May (62.1 miles)

I will be doing all this for First Light. It is a great local charity and the cause means a lot to me on a personal level. 

First Light is a charity supporting people in Cornwall, Devon and Wiltshire who have been affected by domestic abuse and sexual violence. Every year First Light help thousands of adults and children in the South West to lead safer lives, free from violence and abuse.

The money raised will help towards:

Education and Prevention through early intervention, training and campaigning

Protect and Support through the provision of services to help safeguard and reach out to those suffering Domestic Abuse and Sexual Violence

Cope and Recover by providing a full range of services to help people build resilience and move on to healthier happier lives

Give a Voice to those who suffer in silence and influence others to bring about positive change
