Last year I was supposed to be running in the Great North Run supporting The British Heart Foundation but unfortunately I broke my ankle and was unable to attend. 

So this year 2024 my dad is taking part in the London to Brighton bike ride and I have decided to join him. What a way to celebrate Fathers Day!!! ❤️ 

The BHF is charity we both support with myself having a pacemaker and my dad previously having a bypass. Cardiac research is so important to us all. So please I would appreciate any help with getting to my target.
