I am part of 2 Royal Welsh (Infantry Battalion, Tidworth) in the AGC (SPS) and myself and the rest of the Detachment are doing the equivalent travel from Tidworth to Newcastle and back using the GSG equipment (x-trainer, rowing machine, treadmill and bike)
