Over the last few years I have performed at many charity concerts, so now I am asking you to help me fundraise for a charity, who I know, needs lots of help.

The charity I have chosen is Age UK because it supports thousands of elderly people in the UK everyday. Many of these people live alone with no family nearby and Age UK supply a support network for them which is often a life line. This life line includes vital information services, advice and advocacy, day centres and lunch clubs, home help and 'handyperson' schemes, IT and other useful training.

With almost a third of our population aged over 50 years, Age UK can only reach out to the elderly, if we reach out to them. It can be a scary place to be without help when you are old, so please help me to raise money for this charity.
