Georgia and Rhiannon's Thames Bridges Trek

Thames Bridges Trek 2022 · 10 September 2022 ·
I am raising money for the British Heart Foundation in memory of my dad, my nan and my grandad.
In July 2008, my lovely nan had to have a lifesaving operation, giving her a titanium heart valve which added years and years to her life.
In March this year, we lost my grandad after a sudden heart problem. He was the best man ever and I miss him so, so much.
In June 2016, my dad died suddenly following a heart attack. I miss him every single day and would do anything to go back and see him one last time.
He was an incredible man, and once rescued a seven-year-old boy who had drowned in our hotel swimming pool on holiday.
This is my third event for the British Heart Foundation and I'm really, really looking forward to walking along The Thames for 13 miles. I've also done a 5k run at the Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and walked 50k from Glasgow to Falkirk.
If anyone has anything to spare to donate to the British Heart Foundation and help the vital work they do, it would be so appreciate (obviously only if you are able to - life is expensive!!)
