We provide emotional and practical support to help people affected by road death

Story

Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.

Some extremely foolish members of the Thornton, Clark and May family have decided to embark on an intrepid adventure. Our parents will be acting as a support team with myself, Katrina, James, Richard and Sammy undertaking the entire challenge!

THE CHALLENGE: Our journey will begin by climbing Mount Snowden, cycling 200 miles to the Lake District to climb Scafell Pike and then cycling 250 miles to Glen Nevis to finally climb Ben Nevis! Bring on the burn...

We are aiming to raise both funds and awareness for the Road Victims Trust.

In 2010 Vera Thornton (Mine and my brother's Grandma) was knocked down and killed whilst crossing the road close to our homes, and in 2012 a childhood friend Archie Wellbelove was also killed in a roadside accident during his first year of University. The Road Victims Trust offers vital free support to those who have been affected by fatal road collisions helping them through an incredibly difficult time.

Anything you can donate would be greatly appreciated, and will make the pain worthwhile!

Thank you so much for your support.
