Dear all,

 

I have no idea why I am doing a 10K run since I don't particularly enjoy it, but if my pain is going to make a positive difference for the life of someone else then it’s well worth it!

 I’m raising money in support of Refuge, a charity which supports women and children affected by domestic abuse. It is a cause close to my heart and I would like to get as much money as possible for those who really need it. ANYTHING you can give, as small as 50p and as big as you’d like, would be greatly appreciated! I'M ALSO DOING A 10% MATCH DONATION OF THE TOTAL AMOUNT RAISED UP TO MAY 30th. The more you give, the more of my well-earned money that I will give, so feel better! ;-)
