Our Family Friend, Hannah, has been diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukaemia. This was originally discovered in 2014 when she was aged just 10. After multiple medical procedures she was given the all clear. Her cancer unfortunately returned in March 2022 aged 18, not long after her being all clear for 5 years.

Hannah’s determination has meant she has previously participated in multiple charity events for Royal Marsden whom are currently treating her, however with her medical procedures coming in the next few months, our family and friends have decided to create this event with the intention to give back a little to those who are doing everything they can to help her through her journey.

On the 25th July 2022, 8 "budding golfers" will set off in the early hours of the morning to complete 72 holes of golf in one day at Sunbury Golf Club. That's 4 rounds, with more than 20,000 yards of golf course to cover per player, over 160,000 yards collectively, taking more than 16 hours of playing time.

Approximately 50,000 steps will be required to complete this feat, a similar amount to that of a marathon runner’s race day count.

On the day, the players also have some donation commitments:

• Players/teams can take 2 mulligans throughout the day, at a cost of a £10 donation each time.
• For every Net Par throughout the day, we will collectively donate an additional £2.

Your donations will go to the Royal Marsden Cancer Charity in support of the people and technology that are helping many others in similar positions to Hannah, helping to provide life changing medical care.
