On January 28th 2017, I will be taking part in “The Big Sleep” in aid of Cumbria Community Foundation’s Winter Warmth Appeal.

 “The Big Sleep” is an annual event which takes place at The Low Wood Bay Hotel in Windermere. Everyone involved spends the night out under the stars to experience what it is like to suffer the cold, this in turn helps raise vital funds and awareness of the charity through sponsorship, which provides help for those vulnerable older people in Cumbria who face winters without sufficient heating.
