You've made the first step and decided to visit my JustGiving page. Now all you have to do is dig deep and donate some of your hard earned pounds to Cancer research.

That's the easy part, in return for your donation I, along with, Keith Stott, Jamie Dyer, Chris Pullen and Raegen Drew will be taking part in Tough Mudder Scotland 2014.

Tough Mudder is a 10-12 mile cross country run with 25 army style obstacles thrown in for good measure. This madness is being held at Dalkeith country park on the 14-15th June 2014.
