Story
Thanks for taking the time to visit my JustGiving page.
On July 29th last year I was walking with former collegues of mine on the Sandstone Trail near Frodsham, Cheshire. For some reason [ some say maybe my wife pushed me. She had passed away in the February from cancer] I missed my footing and fell down a 25ft sheer cliff into some brambles below.
The Paramedics were called and I ended up being flown to Aintree near Liverpool by Air Ambulance.
The CT Scanner showed there was not even a crack in any bones but spotted a tumour on my kidney. They, the kidney and tumour, have since been removed. I still have 5 small tumours that came from the main one but they are being managed and I continue to live a full and active life.
If the Air Ambulance had not taken me to Aintree I'm not sure what my health would have been like now.
