That's right... zero training, ten kilometers.

I'm taking part in this 10k for Macmillan Cancer Support, as someone very dear to me is being looked after one of their nurses and they're doing a great job.

I'm doing this 10k with my Dad and frankly all I want to do is get a better time than him, because let's face it he's an old boy and I'm meant to be at the peak of my physical fitness. He's aiming for 55 minutes, so anything less than 54 would be great and mean a whole year of gloating (check out his page at http://www.justgiving.com/david-albans)
