Mental illness can have a massive impact on people's lives, both directly and indirectly, and most of the time without them being aware. It's been a big factor in my life and the lives of my family and friends. Having seen first-hand the effects it can have on someone's life, I want to do all I can to help. Every penny raised goes towards helping those who are struggling, and to improve the lives of people who often can't see any hope.
