T H A N K Y O U

When I decided to support this ride it was really just a case of "Well my mum was treated at Christie so why not, some mates are doing it!"

But since then, people have donated and shared their story on why The Christie has been so important to them in their lives. And although I consider myself a pretty blokeish type of guy, some of them have nearly brought me to tears.

I just never realised how important The Christie has been to so many peoples lives around me. Not only is The Christie a local charity for me, it seems it was closer to my heart than I ever realised, and I'm going to feel very privilaged to take that first pedal on the road from Manchester to Blackpool and represent the many people who have shown such natural generosity in supporting this ride.
