To those of you reading this, you know how important running, and my family are to me.  I am blessed to have raised an active and amazing son, and in disbelief to have met such a wonderful woman who supports my active lifestyle and believes in what I can accomplish.

The next milestone in my life is to finish all six majors (World Marathons).  All that is left is The 2020 London Marathon (Yes, I have completed NYC (’15), Chicago (’16), Berlin (’17), Boston (’18), and Tokyo (’19) and the best way to gain entry into the 2020 London Marathon was through charity. 

When looking for a charity to run for, the most important thing to me was to support something I could really believe in, and also a charity who I felt you could believe in too! And so I am running for Phab Kids. If you don't know who they are, Phab promotes the coming together on equal terms of disabled and non-disabled people to make more of life together. They do this through holiday projects for disabled and disadvantaged children and young people.  They also get people active through 150 local Phab Clubs across England and Wales.

As one of the (if not the most) active individuals you will ever meet, I believe EVERYONE has a right to be active!!!  Thank you for supporting Phab and Phabkids - it makes such a difference!

***Update12-2020*** What a year 2020 has been. Now sights set on 2021 London.  Hope Covid goes away and fundraising efforts can take full swing again.  Know several have been hit financially, but many people still need our support.
