Like so many others, I have watched the recent news with horror and heartache. The Ukrainian people have suffered so much and they need our help.

Please join me for at 4pm on Sunday 10 April, Bramley Village Hall, for a fundraising yoga class. There is no entry fee, just please make a donation to the DEC Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal and let me know that you'll be coming along. It'll be a gentle, easy class that is suitable for all. There is also an online, on demand class available too if you are unable to make that date.
