Thanks for coming along to support me in rasing a few quid for The Institute of Cancer Research. I know there are endless demands on your cash, but we are all touched by this disease one way or another, at some time or another, so give what you can.  

The big hairy goal is to raise £100 a mile - quite expensive for the first few miles, but cheap for the last few I would venture to suggest!
