HCPT Group 97 is a Newport branch of the HCPT - The Pilgrimage Trust.

HCPT Group 97 is based in Newport and every Easter we take 10 children aged 7-18 with various physical, social and emotional needs on a pilgrimage holiday to Lourdes, France. We have one very special aim, to give these children the most fantastic and memorable week.

Our group consists of a group leader, a group nurse and a group of 10-15 carers, who give up their annual holidays to volunteer and fundraise to provide the fare of over £1000 for each child and the money for refreshments throughout the week.
