Sue Ryder supports people through the most difficult times of their lives. Whether that’s a terminal illness, the loss of a loved one or a neurological condition – we’re there when it matters. Our doctors, nurses and carers give people the compassion and expert care they need to help them live the best life they possibly can.

We have a family friend who has been diagnosed with terminal cancer and, as a result, will no doubt be requiring - along with their family - the kind of help and support that Sue Ryder can provide.

Whilst doing the run alone will help publicise Sue Ryder and their important work, making donations, however small, through my just giving page, will provide crucial funds for services that any one of us may need some day.
