Prostate Cancer, Breast Cancer and Cancer in general has affected my family and friends significantly during my lifetime and holds a close place to my heart. Last year, Oswestry Rugby Club Legend and current President, Martin Ord, was sadly diagnosed with Stage 5 Prostate Cancer which is incredibly sad. Also, over Christmas, we found out as a family, that my lovely Aunty, Cara Darrall, had been diagnosed with Breast Cancer and throughout this year, she will be fighting this god awful disease! This was extremely shocking and really upsetting news for us all.

I was asked through some terrific people at Oswestry Rugby Club to take part in a team Triathlon and to complete the cycling leg of the event. 

This will be a 112 mile ride!

My target, initially, was to raise £1000 by September, however, I raised that within the first weekend and have now altered my target to £2000. All donations will go to Breast Cancer UK and Prostate Cancer UK to help aid these wonderful charities.

I know times are hard during this awful Pandemic and money is precious, but if you can spare anything, I, along with so many others, will be extremely grateful for your donations 😊.
