On the 11th March 2022 My instructor Sonny Weston and myself will be hosting a 24hr roll at Horsham Mixed Martial Arts Academy to raise money for Ukrainian refugees displaced by the Russian invasion. 

For those who don’t know a “Roll” is the term used for sparring in Brazilian Jui Jitsu. These usually last 5 mins. We will be rolling from 6pm Friday to 6pm Saturday.
