Almost 3.5 million people are living with cancer in the UK. I lost my brother James in 2023 after a brave 7 year battle.

I am competing in my first HYROX event with a close friend to help raise money for a phenomenal charity: Macmillan Cancer Support. Macmillan continue to be one of the UK's top cancer charities and are pivotal in supporting the cancer workforce and researching cancer care.

HYROX is a gruelling fitness event that combines running with functional workout stations like rowing and weights.

I would be so grateful if you could help me reach my £400 pledge to this amazing charity.
