On Sunday I will be running the Adidas Women's 5K Challenge....stop laughing! Yes the decision was made at very short notice but I fully intend to RUN not walk.

 

Now this is where you guys come in. I am raising money for St Clare Hospice as they have provided invaluable support to the family of a friend over the past year. 

 

St Clare specialises in caring for people who have illnesses such as cancer, neurological disease or organ failure. 

 

So please loosen those purse strings, dig deep and donate whatever you can now (as I am short on time).
