On the 29th September 2018 we will be flying to Marrakech, then driving 5 hours over the High Atlas mountains down to Ouarzazate, continuing on another 5 hr drive down to M’Hamid where we will begin our challenging, full on 6 days trek into the depth of the Sahara desert.

We will be walking on average of 7/8 hours every day, for a total of over 100km throughout the week. There will be no roads, no people, no phones. Just us and raw nature.

Completing the challenge will be a big achievement for us, we are doing this to raise awareness for Bloodwise, an amazing charity that fund research to change the lives of people living with Leukaemia, Lymphoma, Myeloma and other types of blood cancer. We want to help contribute to the development of research and support the doctors and families affected by these awful cancers and we think trekking the Sahara is the least we can do.
