As many of you know I lost my dearest papa to bowel cancer in 2018,  my mother in law and a few of my good friends have also been diagnosed with it in the last few years. 

I took up running as a coping mechanism for grief but have found such a love of it and made so many amazing friends along the way , I ran Brighton marathon last year with my buddies but thought this time I would love to do it for charity and what better way than to honour my dad by helping Bowel cancer UK , they are doing amazing things and if I can help at all in anyway way then great! 

ANY donation big or small will all go toward helping fight this horrid ( unfortunately fairly common ) cancer so I will be sooooo grateful 🙏🙏🙏
