✨ From Monday 1st September, I’ll be taking on a challenge that’s really close to my heart…
I’ll be walking 120 miles throughout September – double the set 60 miles – to raise money for Mind, the mental health charity 💙
Mind does incredible work supporting people through some of the hardest times of their lives. I know how important it is to look after our mental health and to have the right support when it’s needed most.
Walking by the sea or out in nature is where I reset, and this challenge feels like the perfect way to give back while doing something that helps me too 🌊🚶♀️
