The Back-Up Trust
The Back-Up Trust is a national charity that supports people; young or old with spinal cord injury. Back-Up encourages self-confidence, independence and motivation following a traumatic life changing incident resulting in spinal cord injury. They also support friends, families and colleagues to encourage integration and promote disability awareness and collaboration.

We are taking part in this event because spinal cord injury really can happen to anyone. We know people who have experienced injury and we want to challenge ourselves to raise as much money as possible for Back Up.

Back Up’s courses, mentoring and support services have been proven to significantly improve the confidence, wellbeing and independence of people that have used them, yet they can only currently provide this support to half of the newly injured population, we want to help them reach out to more people.

So please dig deep and donate now.
