It’s through charities like Mind that my family and I, and so many others like us are able to receive the help and support which we need through difficult times.

Mind is a very important charity to me because I and a lot of people I know have struggled with mental health and mind charity helps people throughout difficult times in their lives.

I have recently lost my dad and it had been a very difficult time for me and all my family, it has really been a lot to process and I feel supporting mind charity can help other people struggling like me.
