As some of you may or may not know my lovely boss was kind enough to sign me and my work buddies up for a 10k run! So on Sunday the 1st of Feb "Reggie's Runners" and 14,995 others will be doning the lycra and dodging the snowballs as we run through the streets of London! 

To soften the blow of the snowballs and the early start (no sunday morning lie in!) I've decided to try and raise some extra money for Cancer Research as it is a charity very close to my family's and thousands of others hearts.

I know that pennies can be scarce during January but if you can spare whatever you can or even sacrifice the price of a pint (which in London is about 5 squid!) it would help massively towards finding a cure for this horrible disease!
