Barnados is the John Lewis 150 year anniversary charity and we had the great opportunity of entering a team to run the Royal Parks half marathon, to help raise funds so they can support vulnerable children, by teaching their parents five key activities that they can do with their child from birth, to help them thrive (Respond, Cuddle Talk, Play, Relax).
