I am lucky enough to have a place for this year’’s Great North Run and I’m so excited! I have never asked for sponsorship before but it feels right to do it now for such a special run.   

Asthma and Lung UK have given me lots of support over the years in managing my asthma.  Did you know, someone dies every 5 minutes from a lung condition?  A scary statistic and a charity that is often forgotten.   Asthma and Lung UK are leading vital research to change this. A donation can make a difference to so many lives. If you don’t know this charity, do Google them to see what a difference they make.
