Don’t laugh, but I’ve signed up to learn stand-up comedy. No, DO laugh. Or just hand over money.

I will learn stuff about stand-up comedy over eight weeks, then perform in at a gig in The Glee Club in Cardiff in November 😀😬😀

Previous experience:

* Talking to an unamused audience at a conference in 2016, trying to do a fun presentation while my microphone, slides and just about every piece of technology around me failed

* Falling off the stage during a school nativity play, age 9  

* Laughing at my own jokes

I’m overqualified!

On a more serious note: I think there might be lots of #comms and #creativity lessons to learn, which will be invaluable for my day-job  (which I promise not to give up).

And I am willing make an arse of myself to discover and share tips and tricks for good communication and storytelling.
