I will participate on Vertical Rush, the ultimate and the original tower-running challenge. The only way is up, with the fearsome 932 steps of London’s original skyscraper, Tower 42,  600ft above the City of London. 

Shelter works to alleviate the distress caused by homelessness and bad housing. They help people find and keep a home. They campaign for decent housing for all. Their work won’t stop until there’s a home for everyone.
