We provide information and peer support to help women and families affected by PP

Story

I've never been good at running. But I fancy a challenge.
The Tough Mudder is an obstacle course in a ...yes you guessed it...muddy field. So at least when I fall over it will be funny!

I'm pretty sure i'll get through it cos i'm doing it with a team of great women. Challenging times need the support of others; whether its on a filthy military style assault course, a stressful day at work or keeping your shit together trying to look after a newborn.

APP have some great resources to help people affected by post partum psychosis. Its a very rare mental illness that occurs soon after giving birth that really puts the constant onslaught of dirty nappies into perspective. Not what any new Mum (or Dad) needs.

APP offer personal support & campaign to improve maternal health facilities and raise awareness of PP among professional & the public.

Most women have never heard of it before it happens to them.
If you have never heard of it please have a quick google.
Even if you can't donate, its more about spreading the knowledge to help increase support & reduce stigma.

Sorry if this is cheesy...some money would be nice. Thanks xx
