We are raising money for York Against Cancer, a great local charity who support people living with cancer in the York and Scarborough region.

Everyone will likely be affected by cancer at some point in their lives. York Against Cancer have been a great support to me and my family through some tough times. They have provided a real lifeline, with their lovely holiday home in Whitby and the cancer care centre at York hospital.

We therefore wanted to give something back, so decided to challenge ourselves by hiking the Yorkshire 3 Peaks, this is a 24.5 mile walk with 1600m of ascent, climbing the peaks of Ingleborough, Whernside and Pen-y-ghent in under 12 hours.
