The ME Association campaigns hard to get ME recognised as a severe neurological illness. Our helpline provides essential information and support to adults and children who have ME/CFS, and to their families and carers. We also fund biomedical research into the physical nature and causes of ME/CFS.

Story

As you might be aware, M.E. Awareness Day is coming on 12th May 2020 and, like the last two years, I am raising money for the ME Association.

This year I'm thinking of doing something a little less energy consuming (after dying my hair blue two years ago and recording two songs last year). So this year I'll be...

SHAVING MY HEAD.

Obviously I'm aware that this is a financially insecure time for many people so any pennies I raise will be a bonus but I still think this might be a fun thing to do. Plus it will save energy for me in the future!!

I'll possibly do an Instagram live on my page (aquietlifewithme) and will also post a video on YouTube.
