I am hoping to complete this 50 mile/ 3100m ascent event for the 7th time! It starts at the Northern end of Ullswater following the Eastern shore line as far as Howtown. Then continues along the banks of Haweswater to Mardale Head from where we continue to Long Sleddale, Kentmere, Ambleside, Langdale and Tilberthwaite before the final climb and descent to the finish at Coniston.

Please help me reach my target in raising funds for EPIC KIDZ.  Sport and activity give not only physical and mental health benefits but a sense of achievement and positivity that can be sadly missing from many lives - lets make it 'thiskidcan'!
