I've decided to swim a mile and hopefully do it without drinking Salford Quays dry (of water) in the process!  

I don't badger people for money often and promise I won't make it a habit so please please dig deep this once (twice if you sponsored my triathlon!) and help me raise some money for Francis House. 

It's a wonderful Hospice for terminally ill children, giving them and their ever suffering families a respite from the hard slog of caring for them and their needs daily.  Well children are hard work so poorly children must be even harder, I don't know many of us who could imagine it.  

Please give what you can.
