In 2017 I spent a month volunteering for the Jinja Educational Trust and I was moved by the amazing work they do to improve the education and welfare of young people in Uganda. JET builds schools, ensures they are staffed and equipped and runs multiple orphanages. They provide ongoing support to ensure children receive the best possible care, and have helped hundreds of children have access to education. I would love to raise some money to give these children the safe place to live and education that every child deserves.
