June 2016 will mark 10 years since my heart transplant. I can't quite believe how quickly the past years have passed! And to celebrate this milestone I am raising funds for the Harefield and Royal Brompton Hospitals. 

I would be so so grateful for anything you can afford to give. The nurses and doctors at the Harefield and Royal Brompton Hospitals are truly incredible. They have gotten me through some really tough times and I can never really show how thankful I am to them. This is just a small way of giving back. 

So to do this I will be hosting a charity event at my home in Ashford, Kent where there will be a variety of things on sale (plants grown with my own fair hands, garden troughs and planters, delicious cakes, handmade cards, hand printed gift wrap etc) and a raffle featuring prizes donated from generous local businesses and design-makers... but for those that cannot make it I have opened up this Just Giving page to allow for donations this way.
