It's time to make a difference. I've chosen to cycle on a challenge which will make a difference to children and adults supported by the work carried out by THREE AMAZING CHARITIES. I haven't been on a bike for 5 years at least and definitely haven't cycled 86 miles in a day. Yes, I am facing a large dose of aches and pains, nothing compared to the challenges others face daily. I hope you can support this mission and donate what you can. Every penny will count. It's a tough 3 day ride : 52 miles + 86 miles + 26 miles. Donations will be split equally between each charity. My costs are all covered so whatever you donate goes 100% to the charities. Thank you from the bottom of my heart. Helen x
